CASE STUDY 2023
Therapist: wanted to build waiting list of clients and secure cash flow
BEFORE: Initial data analysis showed she was attracting low-ticket clients who didn’t appreciate the value of the service. The client had zero enquiries, current clients or future prospects. Her social media posting was regular, but falling on deaf ears. The business was extremely close to closing down.
ACTION TAKEN: The WordPress website was re-designed, putting a focus on regular, high-quality blogs. This was combined with monthly marketing locally on Facebook, with a stronger message tailored for her ideal customer’s personality. I honed in on the psychology of the type of person who would purchase her services.
AFTER: Since the work was carried out in Spring 2023, she achieves approximately 1,000 views per month on their website. The client has consistently received 2 – 3 new leads every week and has a full waiting list.

CASE STUDY 2025-2026
Ply manufacturer: under new management
BEFORE: This company changed hands and because of that, experienced several months offline while the client set up for production. The website had a landing page in place and was receiving traffic, however they were unable to fulfil orders. They wanted to hit the ground running with a powerful e-commerce website that would hit all the necessary keywords.
ACTION TAKEN: The website went through a high-level organic SEO upgrade to ensure their organic traffic would draw in as much traffic as possible. Each product listing was updated and the shop went through restructure to enable a better search function for usability.
AFTER: The company experienced a 53% increase of clicks in the first quarter after changes were implemented in 2025. They also achieved a 900% increase in online sales in 90 days. In 2026 they have experienced a very steady flow of customers. The website’s organic SEO has withstood massive core updates and AI developments with minimal maintenance.

MARKETING FOR A LANDSCAPER
CASE STUDY 2024-2026
Landscaping company: wanted to expand their business and get ahead of the competition
BEFORE: This client was unsure about where, when or how to market their business. They were worried about future jobs and experienced feast or famine pattern of sales.
ACTION TAKEN: The client asked for monthly social media marketing that would increase their visibility locally and show off their achievements, local builds and finished gardens. They provided content that was turned into 20-30 posts per month on both Facebook and Instagram. This continued for 24 months.
AFTER: Their monthly reach on Facebook alone went from 500 – 2,000 views per month to between 40,000 – 78,000 views per month. This increased local awareness, the number of leads and high-ticket enquiries across a 2-year period, allowing them to expand the team in 2024.
